VPW Immortal Glory Results

Hello everyone!

 

Here are the results from Vietnam Pro Wrestling's show, Immortal Glory.  The event was held last Saturday, December 7th at the VAIB Studio-D7.

 

VTX d. Jack N' Cheese and retained the VPW Tag Team Championship.

Ares d. Venomshank in a Two On One Handicap Match.

Bobby w/Billy and Phuong Nam d. G Sharpe in an International Singles Match.

Vortex Rebellion d. Sid Nguyen and Khoa Truong.

The British Horror d. Rocky Huynh.

Hy Draco d. Long XiuMin to retain the VPW Openweight Championship.

 

Long XiuMin replaced Jimmy AG who was injured and unable to compete.  Also, Long XiuMin interferred in the Vortex Rebellion vs. Sid Nguyen/Khoa Truong tag team match.  He is now the fourth member of Vortex Rebellion.

VPW Brawl Hallows Eve Results

Hello everyone.

 

Here are the results from Vietnam Pro Wrestling's last show, Brawl Hallow's Eve.  The event took place on Saturday, October 26th at the VAIB Studio, D7.  Thank you to TJ for the recap and sharing the results.

 

Also, VPW's next show, Immortal Glory, will take place on Saturday, December 7th.  It will be at the VAIB Studio, D7 beginning at 7pm.  VIP Tickets are sold out but General Admission tickets remain.  Please check the Vietnam Pro Wrestling Facebook page for further info.  Thank you and here is the recap and results.

 

  

- British Horror w/ the debut of Princess Death as manager defeated Miles Karu. Miles Karu won't get the contract of VPW. 

 

- Jimmy AG defeated Long Xiumin in a #1 contender for VPW Openweight Championship by taking Long Xiumin mask as an advantage.

 

- Khoa Truong promo, he thanked the VPW fans for supporting him during the day he's with British Horror and calling out Kira in order to get revenge for shaving his hair last year. Kira attacked behind with KPY and attempt to shave Khoa Truong hair again, but Sid Nguyen appears to the rescue. He said that he respected Khoa Truong a lot, and he needs a new partner to take Vortex Rebellion down. After that, D-Austin appears to attack both, and join Vortex Rebellion.

 

- Hy Draco defeated Dokuga. 

 

- VTX successed at defending the title against The Classic Nights in a Trick Or Treat Street Fight. Phuong Nam, manager of Ares come out and said that the Classic Nights should dancing and please every fans of VPW. He also persuade Classic Nights to join him and give them some time to think about his offer.

 

- Ares defeated Rocky to become a new VPW Openweight Champion. After that Ares and Phuong Nam attacked Rocky, but Hy Draco appears to save but Ares spears him out. Not long when Ares and Phuong Nam celebrated, Hy Draco decided to use a Rumble contract to get title shot right now. Hy Draco got a win and he's a new VPW Openweight Champion.

VPW Ultimate Collision

Vietnam Pro Wrestling will return to action of Saturday, June 8th at the VAIB Studio D7 will bell time beginning at 7pm.

 

The headliner will be the match for the Vietnam Pro Wrestling Openweight Championship.  The rivalry between challenger, Sid Nguyen and VPW champion, Rocky Huynh will take place once again.

Rocky Huynh (C) vs. Sid Nguyen for the VPW Openweight Championship.

Khoa Truong vs. The British Horror in a Devil's Playground Street Fight.

The VPW Tag Team Champions - Venomshank vs. ??? in an Open Challenge.

Kira vs. Hy Draco vs. Xiumin in an Aerial Assault Triple Threat Match.

Jimmy AG vs. The Hunbelievable Benji in a Singles Match.

Results From VPW Saigon Slam Show

Hello everyone!

 

Here are the results and recap from TJ from Vietnam Pro Wrestling's last show, Saigon Slam.  The event was held on Saturday, May 4th at the VAIB Studio.

 

- Shota defeat Long Xiumin. 

 

- Classic Night defeat Vortex Rebellion. 

 

- Phong Tran open challenge and we can see the "debut" of Jimmy A.G aka formerly Rykioh The Vinh. Jimmy A.G defeat Phong Tran. After the match, Damian Wolfe asked Phong why he lost so much, especially lose to the countrymen like Jimmy A.G and asked him for the reunited of VTX. Phong Tran just leave the ring with his confusion.  And forgot to mention Jimmy A.G lost his memory and fans chanting Rykioh

 

- Khoa Truong defeat Chi Bao in the loser leaves Vietnam. Chi Bao had to leave Vietnam, The British Horror plan to "celebrate" but Khoa Truong was questioned he tried to cost Khoa Truong a match. Khoa Truong is snapped and attack British Horror. Khoa Truong challenged British Horror in a Devil's Playground Street Fight match in Ultimate Collision (8th June).

 

 - Ares defeat Hy Draco by the betrayal of Draco's manager, Phuong Nam. Phuong Nam's right now the manager of Ares. 

 

- Venomshank retain the Tag golds by defeating Saigon Hunters. Sid asked Rocky for a challenge of VPW Openweight Championship match at Ultimate Collision. 

 

- Yuki Kamifuku defeat Alexis Lee to make a history of VPW as she's the first ever VPW Women's champion.

 

Thank you TJ, as always for sharing the results.  The next VPW show will be Ultimate Collision on Saturday, June 6th at the VAIB Studio.

 

Rocky Huynh will be putting the VPW Openweight Title up against Sid Nguyen.  The two have battled for the belt before and Sid is looking to take the title away from the champ.

 

Also, Khoa Truong will take on former tag team partner, The British Horror in a Devil's Playground Street Fight.

 

In a future post, I will have more on the next show.  Thanks everyone for being patient.  I'll take the responsibility in being late with the results.    

VPW: Saigon Slam Update #1

Vietnam Pro Wrestling's next event will be VPW: Saigon Slam.  The event will take place on Saturday, May 4th at the VAIB Studio beginning at 7pm.

 

There has already been one match made for the show, and it is a challenge.

 

Chi Bao, who defeated former VPW Openweight Champion, Damien Wolfe on the last show, will take on Khoa Truong in a loser leave VPW match.

 

Things regarding Chi Bao became real interesting this past Saturday night.  All hell broke loose at Soma Saigon during a live taping of a comedy podcast.  The British Horror was a guest that evening during the taping. 

 

Since I wasn't at the last show, and didn't see the stream, since there wasn't one, there is a reel on the Vietnam Pro Wrestling page on Facebook.

 

The British Horror, after making a poor comment about comedy in Vietnam, replied to a comment made by Chi Bao bu throwing water at him.  A brawl ensued with Chi Bao being escorted out of the taping.

 

Certainly, the war between Chi Bao, Khoa Truong and The British Horror is far from over!
