Brawl Pit Bulusan

This blogger has seen wrestling shows in a big arena such as the Cow Palace.  There was the one Wrestemania 31 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.  A couple of years ago, I went to an independent wrestling show at the Newark Pavillion with about 1500 people watching.

However, there's nothing like going to see a wrestling show at one venue in the Philippines.  The Brawl Pit Bulusan is a small, but enjoyable place to watch pro wrestling.

Last August, this blogger had a chance to see a World Underground Wrestling - Philippines show there.  During the vacation and visit, I was actually fortunate to see three wrestling shows over eight days last August.  The other venue visited was the PMC Spotlight Theater in Circuit Makati.

The night felt like full circle for this fan.  There were numerous matches that had the fans excited.  It reminded me of seeing another form of sports entertainment, Roller Derby.  It was held at Kezar Pavillion, a small arena in San Francisco where pro wrestling was once held on a weekly basis.

Wrestling fans in America love the big settings for sports entertainment.  I've been to those venues.  They are nice but it's always great to see something at a smaller place.

Venues like Kezar Pavillion in San Francisco and Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City are must see places to go, and enjoy.  The venue has a coffee shop and restaurant close by and the food is exceptionally good.

World Underground Wrestling - Philippines has had shows at the Quezon City location for several years now.  Dexcon, a promotion, has had two great shows at the location this year alone.

Just recently, a new promotion, PUSO Wrestling had a "fan invite" show that was very good per some wrestling fans that were in attendance.  They will be having their first "pilot" show in August.  Hopefully, I will be there at the show since I will be in the Metro Manila area for about three weeks next month.
