MYPW: Fight Back Show Update #3

Hello everyone!

 

Malaysia Pro Wrestling's show, Fight Back, will take place on Saturday, August 3rd at 6pm.  The venue is the KuAsh Theater TTDI.

It was announced in the past few days that Kazul will return and be in action.

Also, the return of the Journey To Gold Tournament will take place.  Eight wrestlers will battle it out in elimination style matches (seven).  The winner of the tournament will get an opportunity to face The Wonderboy at some point for the championship.

Causeway Jam

Hello everyone!

 

For the first time ever, Malaysia Pro Wrestling will host an event that is familiar to two countries in Malaysia and Singapore.  The event is called Causeway Jam.  The show will take place this coming Saturday, June 1st at the OrtusEight Arena in Kuala Lumpur.  The doors open at 5:30pm with bell time at 6:00pm.  It will pit wrestlers from Malaysia Pro Wrestling and Grapplemax Pro Wrestling Singapore.  

 

To my uderstanding the event is sold out.  However, please check the Malaysia Pro Wrestling page on Facebook if there are any changes with ticket allotment and or the lineup of the show.

 

Here is the lineup for the show as of Tuesday.

 

The Wonderboy (C) (MYPW) vs. Endboss Gregory (Grapplemax) for the MYPW Southeast Asia Championship.

D (Grapplemax) vs. Kaizul (MYPW) in a singles match.

VPW: Spring Bash Update #1

There is one official match that has been made for Vietnam Pro Wrestling's show, Spring Bash.  The event takes place on Saturday, March 16th at the VAIB Studio (37 Forbidden Literature, Nan Kieng, D7) beginning at 7pm.

 

Venomshank, the VPW Tag Team Champions will face The Juicy Boyz.  The team is made up of Miles Kara and The Wonderboy from Malaysia Pro Wrestling.  Miles Kara is making a successful return to the ring after a knee injury suffered last year.  The Wonderboy is the current Malaysia National WrestleCon Champion.

 

The other match is unofficial right now but will mention it briefly.  The Guerrilla Games match will feature Team Taurus versus Vortex Rebellion.  Will share more on this in a future post.

Causeway Jam 2024

Grapplemax Pro Wrestling Singapore and Malaysia Pro Wrestling will, once again, have their event, Causeway Jam.  The event will take place on Saturday, February 17th at 7:30pm at the Grapplemax Studios in Singapore.  Doors open at 6:30pm.

 

There has been one match already lined up for the show.  The Wonderboy, who, in December, won the MYPW Wrestlecon Championship, will take on "Crypto Bro" LK in The Wonderboy's first title defense.

 

There will be several more matches amongst the two promotions.

Just learned a few hours ago that The Wonderboy has won the MYPW National Wrestlecon Championship.  It was at the Malaysia Pro Wrestling event, Champion's Quest that took place on Saturday in Kuala Lumpur.

When this blogger receives more information regarding the results, it will be passed on here.  Congratulations to The Wonderboy.  It is his first title!

The next Malaysia Pro Wrestling show will take place on Saturday, December 9th.  The event is called Champion's Quest.  It will take place at the KLCity Arena beginning at 3:30pm (doors open at 3pm).

 

In the semi finals for the vacant MYPW National Wrestlecon Championship, Da Butcherman will take on Cornelius Low.  The other match will be The Wonderboy against Jack Alexander.
