PUSO Wrestling Heart-2-Heart Results

Hello everyone!  My apologies, but am late on this.

 

Here are the results from PUSO Wrestling's Heart-2-Heart show.  The event was held last Saturday, September 21st at Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City before another great crowd!

 

Chelsea Marie d. Joya and will headline Dexcon's Jam Of The Joshis.

Main Maxx d. Nigel San Jose to reach the finals of the Pusong Pinoy Wrestling Championship Tournament.

Aaron Liwanag d. Super P and will face Main Maxx in the finals of the Pusong Pinoy Wrestling Championship Tournament.

El Katipunero won the Wheyl Wumble: Pinoy Wrestling Gauntlet Match.

Jomar and Crystal d. Isaiah Valencia and Patricia Ligaia.     

PUSO Wrestling Heart-2-Heart Update #4

Hello everyone!

 

One match has been added for PUSO Wrestling's (Philippines) Heart-2-Heart show.  The event will take place on Saturday, September 21st.  Location is the Brawl Pit Bulusan beginning at 6pm.

 

Jomar and ?????? (partner of Jomar's choosing) will take on Isaiah Valencia and Patricia Ligaia in tag team action.  

 

For those who haven't followed how this match was made, Patricia Ligaia was the winner of the Jun Capilos Battle Royal.  She won by eliminating Jomar over the top rope to win it.

 

It appeared that initially, Jomar wanted Patricia in singles competition.  However, Isaiah Valencia stepped in perhaps to face Jomar instead.  Eventually, per General Manager - Sonny Go, this will now be a tag match.  Jomar will choose a partner of his choosing against Isaiah and Patricia.

 

Also, Jake De Leon, fresh off a very successful wrestling tour of Japan, will be in action that night.

Third PUSO Tourmament Match Set

Hello everyone!

 

PUSO Wrestling is the home of Pinoy Wrestling in the Philippines and around the world!  Their first show, Unang Tibok, will take place on Saturday, August 17th at 6pm.  The location is the Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City.  

 

The third match in the PUSO Wrestling tournament has been announced.  The tournament we're talking about is for the inaugural Pusong Pinoy Wrestling Championship.

 

Two Barangay Bagsakan teammates, Nigel "Suplex" San Jose and Isaiah Valencia, have been announced as one of the first three matches in the tournament.  Both men have come off matches in which Nigel won a three way match and Isaiah did well in a match against Fabio Makisig.

 

The other two tournament matches that are set are Main Maxx vs. El Kapitunero and Joey Rosas vs. Super P.

 

In the main event, the return match from Pinoy Wrestling Night will feature "Mr. Philippine Wrestling" Jake De Leon vs. the "Pinay Vixen" Chelsea Marie.

Tagay Na! Results

Hello everyone!

 

Here are the results below from Sunday night's World Underground Wrestling - Philippines show, Tagay Na!  The event took place before an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and great gathering of Pinoy wrestling fans at the Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City.

 

Also, I have some thoughts below the results.  Please, if you have a chance, to read it! 

 

Fabio Makisig d. Isaiah Valencia.

Nigel San Jose d. Dabid Ravena and Zera.

Main Maxx d. Silent D.

Jake De Leon d. El Kapitunero.

Robin Sane d. Pinoy Bulldog

and 

TZK (St. John Martin and Ken Cifer) d. High Proof (Razael and Kenta Terror) and retain the WUW Tag Team Championship.

Note:  Silent D has become a part of TZK and can defend the tag team titles via the Freebird rule!

 

In closing, thank you to World Underground Wrestling - Philippines in putting on a show that the fans will not forget any time soon.  

 

To St. John Martin and the roster of both WUW - Philippines, and the new PUSO Wrestling roster, thank you for all the efforts, and keeping wrestling alive, and well, in the Philippines!  Also, to the staff, from the announcers, to photographers and those helping put the ring up, thank you too.  From this blogger, without all of you, there's no show, simple as that!

 

To the fans who were in attendance, and those who weren't there because of other obligations, thank you for supporting WUW - Philippines and PUSO.  Everyone's support is important right now. This blogger believes that WUW - Philippines and PUSO recognizes this and will continue to provide a good product for you.

 

Also, thank you to Rosh (results), Glenn-Dale (the clip from the show below), Christian, Jelson, Cholo, Andi, Ulysses, Emile, Michael, Martin, Patricia, Isaiah, Jeff, Alexander, and many others that I cannot remember (my apologies), thank you for the communication over the past couple of years.  Being about 7,000 miles away in America, without the input from all of you, posts like this wouldn't be possible.

 

There are good possibilities that Dexcon and WUW - Philippines will put on. at least, another show before year's end.  Also, PUSO Wrestling has mentioned that there will be an August show.  Details are forthcoming.  This blogger will have it on this blog as soon as the announcement is made!

Tagay Na! Show Update #7

Hello everyone!

Here is the updated lineup of matches for the Tagay Na! wrestling show scheduled for this coming Sunday, July 7th.  The location is the Brawl Pit Bulusan beginning at 6pm.

 

Main Maxx vs. Silent D in an "I Quit Match"

Dabid Ravena vs. Zera vs. Nigel San Jose in a Triple Threat Match.

Fabio Makisig vs. Isaiah Valencia in a Singles Match.

Robin Sane vs. Pinoy Bulldog in what is called "New School vs. Old School" or perhaps the other way around.  This blogger respects Old and New School Wrestling.

"Mr. Philippine Wrestling" Jake De Leon vs. El Kapitunero in a Submission Match.

And Finally

Turn Zero Kill (Saint John Martin and Ken Cifer) vs. High Proof (Kanto Terror and Razael).  The match is for the World Underground Wrestling World Tag Team Championship held by Turn Zero Kill.  The match has been determined as a Tornado Tag Team No Disqualification match.  What this means, if it is correct is that all four  wrestlers can be in the ring as the same time.

 

If anyone saw the press conference involving the two teams, things got rather chaotic.  The one thing this blogger has learned from Pinoy Wrestling matches is the following....  Never wake up a sleeping giant!  I will leave that statement at that!

WUW Show Update #1

There are a couple of updates regarding World Underground Wrestling's next show, Tagay Na!  The event takes place on Sunday, July 7th, 6pm, at the Brawl Pit Bulusan.

 

Fabio Makisig, one of the great Pinoy wrestling stars, and the Ace Of Philippines Wrestling, will take on up and coming wrestler, Isaiah Valencia. This will be the first time both wrestlers have faced each other in a match.  For Isaiah, this will be his biggest challenge against one of the greats, not only in the Philippines, but all of Southeast Asia.

 

Also, I don't know much about him, but One Man Kru, a Lineal World Champion will be coming to WUW - Philippines.  This massive athlete has faced the likes of Tony Atlas, Rhyno, 2 Cold Scorpio and others.

MWF Kasaysayan Show Update #9

Hello everyone!

 

There has been an update for Manila Wrestling Federation's show, MWF Kasaysayan.  The show will take place on Sunday, April 14th at 4:30pm at the UP Film Institute Media Center, UP Dillman.

 

Isaiah Valencia, a rising star with MWF will face Mentai Kid with Kyushu Pro Wrestling in Japan.  Mentai Kid is a former Kyushu Pro Wrestling Champion with the promotion.

MWF Noche Buena Update #4

Pinoy wrestling fans have sensed that there's been some tension in the camp of Barangay Bagsakan for a little while now.

 

Well, it has come down to this.  Isaiah Valencia and CJ Serafin, two bright stars in the Manila Wrestling Federation, will settle their differences, or will they?  The venue is MWF Noche Buena on Sunday, December 3rd beginning at 4:30pm.  The location is the PMC Spotlight Theater in Circuit Makati.

 

The stipulation of the match is the following.  Whoever loses this match will leave Barangay Bagsakan.
